Could it be the difference between copper and aluminum coils?

Since aluminum doesn't transfer heat as well there would be less SH as it leaves the coil all things being the same.

6 seemed big but it was a old pos before the homeowner had to replace it....... Had a cracked HX 5" was a no brainer. Took some figgur'n on the 4 so thanks again. I really was looking to not read the book 3 times since I hardly ever work with this but it got easier to understand the more I went...

Yes tested
Also ran drier with all three exaust fans open closed doors in all different combos. There was a big pile of burnt matches when I got around to cleaning up lol

Oh forgot to mention I mounted the two takeoffs on the bottom of the duct keeping them in line with each other hoping they would feed equally vs how it started out in the original take off pic.

The bathroom take off went into the side slightly ahead of the other two takeoffs.

That would have never worked without that take off
It was moving some serious air when it was just that one 3" 90
