Hvac/R forums are established most often for one purpose...the exchange of information. Less experienced techs with questions, go to forums in search of more experienced techs, with answers. And so it is, with Hvac/R Professional.Com.

However, all the information that ends up getting exchanged, is not always completely accurate, oftentimes being opinions, conclusions or "theories", based on personal experiences or observations, which can sometimes be faulty, for whatever reasons. And even with the best efforts at oversight and moderating, some misinformation will undoubtedly get published on this forum.

As a consequence of that, it is necessary for us to publish a "liability disclaimer".
